1. Wie wij zijn

Dit beleid geldt voor de website bam-podcast.com en voor de BAM-app: een eigen hulpmiddel waarmee de maker van de BAM Podcast het YouTube-kanaal van de podcast beheert. Alleen de maker gebruikt de app; hij wordt niet aan anderen aangeboden. Verantwoordelijke is de BAM Podcast. Contact: bamfitness6@gmail.com.

2. YouTube API Services

De BAM-app gebruikt YouTube API Services. Wie de app met een YouTube-account verbindt, gaat akkoord met de YouTube-gebruiksvoorwaarden. Op wat Google en YouTube zelf met gegevens doen, is het privacybeleid van Google van toepassing.

3. Welke gegevens de app gebruikt

De app vraagt via Google toegang tot het eigen YouTube-kanaal, met twee toestemmingen:

De app verwerkt daarmee een toegangstoken van Google, gegevens over de eigen video's (zoals video-id en titel) en opgetelde kijkcijfers. Reacties, berichten, abonnees en andere persoonsgegevens van kijkers leest of bewaart de app niet.

4. Waarvoor

Alleen om covers op de eigen video's te zetten en de eigen kijkcijfers te bekijken. Niet voor advertenties, profilering of het trainen van AI-modellen. Het gebruik en de overdracht van informatie die de app van Google API's ontvangt, voldoen aan het Google API Services User Data Policy, inclusief de Limited Use-vereisten.

5. Delen

Gegevens worden niet verkocht en niet met derden gedeeld. Ze gaan alleen naar Google en YouTube zelf, die de cover plaatsen en de cijfers leveren. De app en de website tonen geen advertenties of inhoud van derden.

6. Bewaren en beveiligen

Het toegangstoken en de opgehaalde gegevens staan alleen op de computer van de maker. Het token staat in een bestand dat alleen het eigen gebruikersaccount kan lezen, niet in de cloud en niet in logbestanden. Kijkcijfers blijven bewaard zolang ze nodig zijn; de app controleert minstens elke 30 dagen of de toestemming nog geldt. Andere YouTube-gegevens worden binnen 30 dagen ververst of verwijderd. Verbindingen met Google lopen via HTTPS.

7. Intrekken en verwijderen

De toegang van de app is altijd in te trekken via de beveiligingsinstellingen van Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Verwijdering van gegevens kun je ook per e-mail aanvragen via het contactadres hierboven. Na intrekken of een verzoek worden het token en alle YouTube-gegevens binnen 7 dagen verwijderd.

8. Deze website

De website gebruikt geen cookies, analytics, trackers of formulieren en laadt geen inhoud van externe diensten. Hosting gebeurt door Vercel, dat technische gegevens zoals het IP-adres verwerkt om de site te leveren en te beveiligen (zie het privacybeleid van Vercel). De knoppen naar YouTube, TikTok en Instagram zijn gewone links.

9. Je rechten

De app werkt op basis van toestemming, die je via Google geeft en altijd kunt intrekken; de hosting van de website op gerechtvaardigd belang. Google en Vercel kunnen gegevens buiten de EER verwerken, met de waarborgen die de AVG voorschrijft. Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar; mail daarvoor naar het contactadres hierboven. Een klacht kun je indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. App en website zijn niet bedoeld voor kinderen onder 16 jaar.

10. Wijzigingen

Een nieuwe versie van dit beleid verschijnt met datum op deze pagina.

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the website bam-podcast.com and to the BAM app: a private tool the creator of the BAM Podcast uses to manage the podcast's YouTube channel. Only the creator uses the app; it is not offered to anyone else. The controller is the BAM Podcast. Contact: bamfitness6@gmail.com.

2. YouTube API Services

The BAM app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting the app to a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. What Google and YouTube themselves do with data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Information the app uses

Through Google, the app requests access to its own YouTube channel, with two permissions:

The app therefore processes an access token from Google, information about the channel's own videos (such as video ID and title) and aggregated statistics. It does not read or store comments, messages, subscribers or other personal data of viewers.

4. Purpose

Only to set covers on the channel's own videos and to view the channel's own statistics. Not for advertising, profiling or training AI models. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

Data is not sold and not shared with third parties. It only goes to Google and YouTube themselves, which place the cover and provide the statistics. Neither the app nor the website shows advertising or third-party content.

6. Storage and security

The access token and retrieved data are stored only on the creator's computer. The token is kept in a file readable only by the creator's own user account, not in the cloud and not in log files. Statistics are kept as long as needed; the app checks at least every 30 days that authorization is still valid. Other YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Connections to Google use HTTPS.

7. Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the app's access at any time through the Google security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. You can also request deletion by email at the contact address above. After revocation or a request, the token and all YouTube data are deleted within 7 days.

8. This website

The website uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or forms and loads no content from external services. It is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site (see Vercel's privacy policy). The buttons to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram are plain links.

9. Your rights

The app relies on consent, which you give through Google and can withdraw at any time; hosting the website relies on legitimate interest. Google and Vercel may process data outside the EEA, with the safeguards the GDPR requires. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; email the contact address above. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). The app and website are not intended for children under 16.

10. Changes

A new version of this policy will be published on this page with its date.
